DarkRP with some addons is not Unique.
Nor is Sandbox.
Maybe Fretta. But definetly not Roleplay, tired of the non sense from that side. Anyway, Probably a community with atlest 10~ active regular players on the server. Administration team? It doesn't matter aslong as their not some douches who would mess up your gameplay and kick you when they know your right about them.

Over at SAS, we've got a SQL chat link between servers, a website, and some of us are working on a new HUD. So far we've got two spacebuild servers. One war and one minning. If we get a 3rd, it may be a sandbox server.
We have WireSVN with many E2 addons, Ship Core, Life Support 2 ect.

Whosdr, you're on server 2?! Anyways, SAS used to be cool, but then they got that inter server chat and that absolutely hideous Exsto chat box. Try McBuilds. We don't have a shmancy server chat link, but we DO have awesome custom E2 functions and life support modifications and WEAPONS. We have a CRAPLOAD of weapons. And a ship core system that is NOT out of date.
