The black textures are because the videocard is out of memory. There are three options:
Keep it like this and learn to live with it
Rename your garrysmod folder and play on vanilla gmod
Get a new videocard, Which you said was out of the question

Specs from acer tell me you got an Intel® 945GSE Express Chipset.
Also your PC doesn't have any possibility of changing the GPU.
If you want to play some of the newer games, Or gmod normally you really need an new PC.
