DarkRP Levels

I thought that I could mod DarkRP to have a level system, so that the game got steadily better as the player played, kind of like GangwarsRP, I was wondering if there was any way to do this? PLease help me out, I don't know alot about lua, just the basics, and if you could help me out I would be so happy.
