I have downloaded these 2 add-ons and they both are not showing up... exactly where do they go?

same thing for me with these addons. I can't get it to work either. I'm pretty sure the extra npc's one is because of the update. but the vehical stuff I have no idea I hate how I can't get any vehicle collections to work. honestly I don't think they work after the update.
the extra NPC thing got broken by an update, so it doesn't work.
not sure about the Vehicle one.
