I cant see/use the npc weapons list, it is just blank and cuts off half of the npc options, and i cant see my hud either. it just cuts off were the props and things comes up.

This should be in the Help & Support section, not here.
And I can't really help you about that. I had the same problem on my old computer. Now I have a new one, everythings fine.
