Whenever I ragdolize or kill an NPC, it's ragdoll disappears.
I have alot of addons and, as such I don't know what could be causing problems, but I use alot of SVNs
including:
PHX 3
SBEP
PCMod 2
Wire and Extras
Stargate and it's numerous addons
LS3/RD3 and it's addons
PAC2
Shotgunguy's 3 playmodel packs (His main one, the halo one, and the HL2 Beta one)
SB3
SG-Mod
Sgt. Sickness' Model Pack
Depth HUD
Cannons!
etc.
Do you have GDC sweps?
