Hey guys i have not got the phx wheels in my wheels menu but i can see them i have about 10 out of 10000s and its the same with the materails. is there a way to fix this i have reinstalled svn phx

What's wrong cause I didn't understand a thing...
i hardley have any wheels or materials from phx3 like other people i have a few but thats all.
i can see them though when other people spawn them is there a way to fix this?
