Carter Addon Pack is wrong installed

Hi,

Having a problem with CAP at the moment in single player, I cant spawn Stargate's but everything else works. When I'm in-game and I try to spawn a Stargate I get this error in the console;

Carter Addon Pack is wrong installed.
================================

Ive tried these things;

Re-installed - CAP + CAP_Resources + Garrysmod
Started Garrysmod with just CAP, CAP_Resources and wiremod
Rolled back CAP + CAP_Resources to revision 214 which used to work for me.

It seems as though the latest update has totally broken this addon, the only other change I made since it was working was installing the Garry's Bombs 3 addon and of course I removed that to see if that was the problem but it seems CAP has just decided to be awkward.

I just keep getting;

However when I join a server with CAP I can spawn Stargate's.
