I just made a DarkRP Server (69.162.90.58:27015)

I have PHX, Wiremod, ULX, ULiB, ASSMOD, and some Stools.
I want to make some stuff for respected people only, and some stuff for admins, such as tools, and also weapons.
Can someone link me to a tutorial or something? thanks!
Remove the ASSMod and download URestrict instead.
