ASSMod was modified to run with perp (I think it has to do something with blacklisting and forum connecting) Fixing assmod isn't hard. For FSA I don't know since it wasnt made for PERP I think. I'm probably wrong.
Knoxed is right! In Assmod, for example ocrp the is called ocrp_ass_reqs.lua. in this file it connects ocrp to a MySQL along with the modified assmod
