Just by the way all of the ID's I posted were confirmed users and there were no false positives.
However, someone was saying that there were more SteamID's than I posted so I can't vouch for the legitimacy of any of the ones other than the ones I posted.

Major companies ban people from playing their games all the time. I believe EA recently letting people play their games even when they were banned from Origin.

I am quite interested in where he got the list from, I doubt he would trust a list of SteamIDs from someone elses detector - they could add anyone they didn't like to the list then give it to him.

Sure you can delete cheaters.cfg but then a fresh copy will just copy itself from the Garry's Mod GCF, right?

Doesn't matter if you don't have the file or not, it's probably server side.
This is relitively useful, but I feel bad for the people who bought things like SH for the sole purpose of an anti-cheat that will lead to having their accounts banned....

Of course, you can't argue having Sethhack in the first place [b]and[/b] having it running on a public server which is where I think Garry's coming from, but you can't make the leap to, "Everyone that has used Sethhack is a cheater!" It's the same reason you can't make the leap to, "Everyone that has a gun is a murderer and a criminal!"

Your argument is invalid, SethHack is against Garry's ToS, so Garry has the right to do whatever he wants with sethhackers, be that make a cheaters.cfg or VAC ban them from Garry's Mod.

There is about 400 sethhackers caught, if they each paid $25, then he would have earnt $10,000. Obviously paypal would have taken a pretty huge cut of it though.
Seth gave "customer" status away a lot, along with his referral program that got it to people at a discount.

I didn't say Garry was wrong in his decision - in fact he isn't involved in what I'm saying. I'm saying that aerolop can't just flat out call all of them cheaters and be correct in doing so.
