How the hell do you get in the admin room on rp_wuste?

I've been playin' on Wuste for a while now.. and I'm curious, how do you get in the damn admin room, it's under the 3d skybox, but there is a teleporter surrounding it...

I think there's a console command that you can use to teleport yourself to some coordinate on the map.

You'd have to find the exact coordinates though...

And you can't get there... so it's a lot of guessing, anyway, what's the command unless you can't find it?

I'll bet there's some ent_fire command to toggle the barriers.
