DarkRp 2.4.1 Help

Hi, Im helping my Friend with an DarkRp server v 2.4.1

Then we found out it was quite difficult.

We spawned with Police Weapons and such other weapons.

So i ask if anybody can help me and my friend with this?

Well i need a some files, for me its "kinda" difficult making custom jobs.
So i hope somebody can help with this and Custom Shipments

When you are a admin you will spawn with police weapons.
You can take it off while going into F4 Menu.
