Low FPS at TF2 maps

So, when i enter a TF2 map in gmod, my FPS drop to around 10.
In other maps which are not TF2 maps, my FPS remains normal. (Around 50-60)

Is this normal?

It depends on what sort of computer you have.

TF2 maps probably have better graphics then GMod maps, so either take your settings down, upgrade, or use other maps.

I have the same problem as well.
Low FPS in TF2 maps,while every other map is fine.When I play Team Fortress 2,the frame rate is fine too.
Is it because of all the addons in GMod?
