I keep getting this in console and a popup saying the same thing.....
Disconnect: This Steam account is being used in another location
I have changed my password twice, I have rebooted my machine.

UPDATE 1: This is happening anytime I tryt o JOIN or CREATE a multiplayer game.
Delete clientregistry.blob in your Steam folder.
Close Steam
Go to C:/Program Files/Steam/
Delete the file named "ClientRegistry.blob"
Launch Steam

It doesn't matter; it will still download a new one when you launch Steam anyway.
It doesn't even "download" one, Steam is capable of regenerating it based on your computer's registry and such.
