Okay, here is what is happening I turned Gmod off then went back and played it. I joined a server and I had no hotbar or gravity gun. I went to single player same thing happened. So I restarted my computer did not fix the problem. Then I un-installed gmod and the gmod folder I deleted. Installed it back and everything was like when I first got gmod. Started single player still had the same problem. Please help me or tell me how to fix the problem.

I also changed resolutions, but that still did not help.
