Parenting collision models and other things

This question is more based towards the experienced gmod players who are familiar with the parent tool

I would like to know if there is a way to/ tool to, parent or get the same overall resault while keeping the props phisicial properties ( collision model, collide with props and ect)
could anybody please give a way to keep these things or a link to a tool that will let me

Super multi parent will do pretty much exactly what you want.
