Player model invisible in third person view after using a pod or after suiciding

For some reason my player model turns invisible so that it's not visible in third person view or camera. This happens after suiciding or using a pod-based vehicle entity. My model is visible for others but not for myself, and it disturbs me.

Do you know what causes this?

I had that problem too. I deleted the Hat Pack and it worked again. If you don't have the Hat pack, I'm not sure what's wrong.

I've never even had it. Could this be caused by HatMaker tool?

I had the Hatpack and deleted it, but I'm still having the same problems...

Yeah, same issues here. And I deleted the hatpack too.
