Just get's stuck on this, even after restart. No specific pop-ups or anything in my addons folder.
I downloaded them off Firefox though, because it refused to open the workshop in the ingame browser.

Yeah, mine is getting stuck at Downloading Preview Images too, specifically number 52 (I don't know which image that is). I left Garry's Mod open for about three hours and nothing changed.
