Forum sorry for the lame question, but what kind of server i can connect to ?
Is it just the Internet section or I can type the IP in the console in connect to it?
Will I get banned for using "other servers", which are not included in the "Internet" section ?
It is just the Internet section, but you can still type the IP in the console to connect to a server.
You will not be banned for using a server which is not included in the Internet section (except if it's a private server, but you would only get banned from that server and it would be passworded anyway).
