What does this even mean,and how can i fix this?I can't join ANY servers now.
The server needs to update, or you need to update GMod.
How exactly do i update G Mod then?
Exit, wait a few minutes until Steam pops up saying 'GMod has finished downloading' then start Gmod.
It did that,but i still can't join any servers.

Then the server needs to update. Try joining the Fretta server, as it has plenty of spare slots currently and is updated
