i was on a server yesterday and i saw someone using some wire chips tht when he pressed a button it stopped every rt cam on the server viewing anything apart from wht he set it to view

Just spawn a RT camera, and tap the numpad key you set it to. He probably just set a Wire RT Cam to trigger constantly.
