Can't seem to get my Fast DL Working.

OK so I'm setting up an Fast Download Server for my Gmod Dedicated server with Dropbox. I followed this tutorial

But I can't seem to get it Working my Dedicated servers Files.

- cache
- maps
- materials
- models
- resources
- sound

in my public folder like this Public/garrysmod.ect.

and I put this in my Server.cfg.

sv_downloadurl "http://dl.dropbox.com/u/85733286/garrysmod"
sv_allowupload 0
sv_allowdownload 0

But when i join the Server it doesn't Download Anything.

Any ideas Why this might be happening.

Try to use 000webhost.
They are really good.

But do they allow free file hosting.
