Sorry, this is only partially related to Gmod, but I'd like to know where I should head to request better emitters for effects. I really fucking hate the current blood emitter (don't we all?), but I'm too lazy to use Gimp. Who should I hit up on seeing if we can change that? Is it the lua thread or am I missing something?

Ask for the new blood material in Models/Skins.
Ask for it to be implemented in Gmod in LUA coding.
