No collide with me, but collide with everything and everyone else?

Is it possible? How would I do it?
Edit:
for a prop

and if possible, a way to do this with an e2 chip, to nocollide with everything when I type !nocollide and then collide with everything when I type !collide.

This is for props, not noclip for me.
