Gmod13 MySql Setup (how)?

I thought the setup went like this:

lua/bin/gmcl_mysqloo.dll
lua/bin/gmsv_mysqloo.dll
lua/bin/gmsv_tmsql.dll

garrysmodbeta/libmysql.dll

current setup result:
error loading module'tmysql', specificed procedure not found

naming it gm_tmysql.dll left the SQL script unable to use functions such as 'tmysql.initialize', so i assume it's named correctly

I apologize i can't really remember any of their sources, other than mysqloo coming from a gmod13 forum post that 'fixed' it
any help is greatly appreciated
