Whenever i render a demo file in 16:9 i crash. I have tested in both windowed and full- screen and it kept crashing.
The thing is.. I made a machinima with 16:9 screenshots and demofiles, so the only way out is to render all those demo files in 16:10 and still have those 16:9 screenshots which will make the video look like crap.
Is it possible to render 16:9 demo files in Gmod?.

By render, do you mean watch? I'm gonna try this, but all I can suggest right now is that you verify your gmod cache.
Render as in render a AVI from a Demo.
