Lua Cache couldn't be downloaded. Server is misconfigured!

hi when i come to some cool server.I got message Lua Cache couldn't be downloaded. Server is misconfigured!.When i come to other server lua cache is downladed and i no have this message.Why on this one server i have this message ?

Because the 'bad' server didnt upload the Cache to the FastDL. the Good Server either 1) Didnt have a fastDL or they know what they are doing.

FastDL has to be updated after Every. Single. Change.

If you can, contact the server owner and "kindly" remind him to update it.

After you add some new addon or whatever, that creates new lua cache file after restart what is not synced, it could take a while to sync, so you just came in the time while it wasn't synced.
