Does anyone have a version of Faphack that works for Gmod 13?

You'll just have to wait until the creator updates Faphack (hopefully never). I'm sure you can keep your cheating urges at bay until then.

I can maybe help you with something similar to Fap, but you're gonna also need a SE bypass as well, I can help you with both of those if you wish

why would you even... seriously?

You won't be able to use it on most servers anyways, since sv_allowcslua is set to 0 by default. The only way around that is a script enforcer bypass witch will get you VAC banned from gmod (and garry banned from gmod as well sooner then vac).

I suggest just learning to play the game.
