Why is the "clear" command blocked in RunConsoleCommand for clients?

Just a quick question - I was meaning to add this into an "easter egg" in this thing I'm working on, but I found that it was blocked.

Because the console is there mostly for debugging purposes and logging.
I for example always look in the console if something bugs.
If you would allow coders to use RunConsoleCommand to run it on clients, it would be abused.
