Can't shoot the tool gun on the map

Hey, i can't shoot the tool gun on the map, i can shoot it on props and everything els but not on the ground.. please help me !

there may be something in it that is preventing us from using the toolgun on the map, i suggest deleting it, if it still not working then...?

I have it so that I can't use it on toolgun spawned things (Wiremod gates), as well as ragdolls and a couple other things but basic props still work.

I didn't get the tactical weapons pack though.
