Today i startet gmod and i walked 5 steps.
Then my computer crashed and i could not turn it off.
I Reinstalled Gmod and it happend again.
Last thing i did was remove all steam on my computer and install it again.
Now when i spawn things they take a long time to come ?

If you have a onboard intel chip, get a videocard.
My Guess is that your PC isnt strong enough, GMod Eats RAM and needs atleast 1GB for itself

Did you download any addons?
Were any of your games updated?
May have been something you installed or a server you joined..
