Shipments aren't working

Hey!
so i have DarkRP updated with SVN and css realistic weapons 4 installed
but the realistic weapons shipments dont work
I also have durgzmod which wont work either
i am not very good with all this server running business but up till now been fine
I have no idea what the problem is maybe you guys can see it
