how do i admin myself or someone?

Yeah, really, no replies.

Mind supplying us with any information? Are you using Garry's Mod SRCDS (because there is CSS, TF2, DOD:S, etc.). Do you have an admin mod?

Also, the old GMod wiki had a couple of handy articles on server hosting and administrating:

If you want some administrating utilities, try looking for an admin mod, like ULX (one of the best ones, really) or Evolve (simple and appealing). Dunno if ASSMod is still around, but even if it is, dont touch this ancient shit.

And google MORE before you ask stupid questions. And don't tell me you didnt find anything, thats your problem. Google more.
