Even the default Half Life 2 vehicles the wheels are not moving anymore, and the steering wheel is not moving either

I found this really annoying, even after disabling all my addons the problem is still there
There was a supposed "fix" for this that came in the update today but alas, it's still broken.
I can't even get inside my vehicles.
