I downloaded the srcds console version and portforwarded my router and am able to join the game the only problem is that i cant change the game mode i have tried rcon changegamemode "darkRP" and i get this error "Unable to connect to remote server (0.0.0.0:0)" I also get in game errors thats this over and over

The first error is within the gamemode base, the other 2 are DarkRP, the reason why you get that is because you can not rcon connect to your own computer. Use the server console directly (without the word RCON) or try HLSW.
