What makes a good server?

Just having the basic server don't cut it anymore. What do you need to make a good server?

-Sandbox Mode
-Default Max's (maxturrets ect)

This is what I have so far:
-PHX3
-Wiremod + extra
-Advanced Duplicator
-Simple Prop Protection
- Maps
-gm_construct
-gm_flatgrass

Suggestions ... ?

This map is fantastic, even non-RP games you can still have fun on it.

Thanks, Added the map and RagMorph to the server. May need to restart it but will do that later
