I'd like to put in a request that PlayerCanHearPlayersVoice() returns an optional third argument, that scales the volume to the recipient.
I see that the second argument, use3D, already has the capability to adjust volume, so this should hopefully be fairly easy to add in.
This could have a multitude of applications such as player voice radios and the like.
