My Friend got a server today and we cant connect to it, it just goes to the load screen and then right back to the main menu. :P any help is appreciated :D

Check the Console screen for any messages (like failed after 4 attempts, or bad server address)
Make sure you use the right port - sometimes if GMod is running, and you start a server, the server uses port 27016. (instead of the default 27015)
