Ok so here's my problem.
I don't have PHX and i want to get it, however i got Gmod from Steam and i don't have a folder for Gmod in my program files on my computer. So how would i get the PHX to the place that i need it or would it work automatically?
Follow this and you'll find the right place to put it :
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\*******\garrysmod\garrysmod/addons
So put PHX in addons

Get PHX using SVN. If you got it using gmod.org... Fail.
