With ASSmod?
Assmod or for ulx use Aadvert
If you are using ULX, then go to: garrysmod\addons\ulx\cfg
and open server.ini and delete the line that says:
ulx addCsayAdvert "You're playing on %host%, enjoy your stay!" 100 255 200 300 10
(its line 29)
If you don't use ULX, then i don't know because i have only used ulx.
