So, first let me post my Spec's
Windows Vista Home Premium
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 4300 @ 1.80GHz
3.000 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS
Okay, so it randomly crashes. I can play it perfectly fine but at random times, be it online, or in singleplayer when I'm walking around, or in the item menu selecting things or spawning things, it crashes.
I can go maybe 30minutes to an hour without a crash but it always ends the same. It stops responding. Screen goes black, it closes, it's normally as simple as "Garrysmod has stopped Responding."
I have Gmod 10. The game runs fine. I get great FPS, but I don't know why it randomly crashes.
Any help is appreciated.
Check your GFX drivers, make sure they are up to date,

What do I do with those? And where can I get these updates? Thank you for your help but I'm hopeless with Computers.
You might be right, sometimes my screen goes black and I get a "Video Drivers have stopped responding and have recovered succesfully." But it crashes whatever I was doing at the time. STALKER, Gmod, Wurm etc.

You can't just give people startup parameters and expect they'll know what to do with them.
