i have updated my server but the con sole ceeps saying need restart for the up date but i dont stop getting it when restart the hole pc
You've run HLDSUpdateTool and updated the garrysmod content to the latest? Something tells me you haven't.
I have this issue as well. Updated it to Garry's Mod R:100 and it keeps saying:

Your server is out of date. Please update and restart.
[/code]
It doesn't actually effect anything, But for some reason the Master Server thinks it's out of date. (Maybe it's all the zeros)
People can still connect and everything.
Maybe I was wrong then...
It's a Valve problem. People can still connect via history and favourites.
