ﻛт | SONG. This guy and the rest of the people with that tag are BIG time hackers who have been going around shutting down servers they get banned from. So far we have tried to ban this guy, but every time he is kicked off he executes an .exe file of some kind that causes an unbearable lag before collapsing the server for at least a few days. In this time the ban resets and even when it doesn't he does not even need to be in the server to execute the hack. We have peacefully asked them to leave countless times and we get the same result. Their attacks have made permanent changes to the server that impairs playability, and SONG has recently placed a personal threat to shut us (the admins, not just the server) down permanently.
We have tried contacting Steam about it but nothing has come out of it, and at this point All of us are beyond desperate. If there is any way you can help us it would be VERY appreciated.

Oh we have... that was the first approach. At which time we got shut off for a week.

Can't... at least WE can't. But if the post came out the IPs are there, but I would only ever resort to that if it spread to my personal computer and hack as a retaliation.
O.o To be honest it sounds like your server is getting DDoS'ed.
