Could someone create an npc of the City Scanner that actually takes screenshots from it's point of view when it flashes?
This would actually be pretty interesting.
Possibly adding overlays like the combine telescope.
NPC camera + screen overlay + ignore players (So they don't blind you) can allow you to do that.
It's also pretty interesting to watch as they fly around the map.
I'd recommend an entity with an rt camera on the scanner, so i could be used as a drone with the phx3 rt screen. Great security
