Hosting a deticated home server questions

Hi, i am wanting to host a server, but i need answers to 5 questions first, may ask more later(i had to right this fast).

1: is this good enough Internet connection to host a Deticated server:

2: If my internet connection is good enough, will it slow down anyone on my network, there is 2 laptops that are used a lot on my network, 1 laptop used sometimes at night, 1 used rarely, 2 computers that are never turned off, 1 is not connected to the internet much, 1 connected to gmod(me) all the time, and the server(me).

3: Is SRCDS good for hosting

4: are the ports SRCDS safe, is it hard to hack them?

5: the OS for the server is a Windows XP.
