Hello there, im new to this forum I bet i will stay here for a long time.
Anyways, I was downloading a thing called Phx 3 but whenever i get past 200MB the turtle downloader starts downloading at 0 bytes/sec.
my internet speed is 150 kb/s but Is it my fault that phx3 is downloading really slow?
I tried to delete phx3 and reinstall but after 200 Mb it gets very slow.....................................
I EPIC FAILED!
the download stopped at 245.33Mb that is right now. It finished as i typed.

if you're using tortoiseSVN (you refered to turtle downloader) its probably your end thats causing the lag. Try clearing up you connection or redo it some other time. AutoSVN always works for me if it helps.
150kb/s is REALLY slow. That's probably what is your problem.
