I AM NOT ASKING FOR A SCRIPT THAT DOES THIS. Now that I got that out of the way, I am wondering if it's possible to have something that does this. Someone on my server RDMed people for two rounds; each time they were both the traitor, and that was the only guy he killed. I am wondering if he is just lucky, or if he is a cheater.
So, is something like this possible, a script where the non-traitors can see who the traitors are in TTT? If something is possible, is there no way I can block it on my server? It ruins the game if there's something that can do this.
Thanks.
It is possible. Make sure you have scriptenforcer enabled.
Luck
If Scriptenforcer isn't enabled they can easily scan people for certain weapons and see if they are a traitor.
] sv_scriptenforcer
"sv_scriptenforcer" = "1" ( def. "0" )
So it was just luck then?

Scripenforcer is bypassable, but yea most likely luck.

Well, he is VAC banned, but Valve doesn't say what games someone is VAC banned from. He joins the server that is VAC secured, so he isn't banned from Gmod, I guess.
VAC does not work in GMod (aka you can use CE / other stuff w/o getting banned at all.)

VAC doesn't work(not enabled) in gmod.
Oh wow. So people can cheat in gmod all they want? That's not fun.
What's the reason why it's not enabled, if I may ask? It claims to be VAC secured on the server list and `status', but I guess it isn't?
I understand it's not meant to be used as a "competitive" game and just a sandboxing toy, but yeah, it would be nice if it had at least some form of prevention from assholes who try to ruin the game for everyone else. *Shrug*
If you notice player cheating, alert the admin and he/she will take it on from there
If you are admin I would watch very closely, if it seems to be repeating ban him.

Yes, I am. I would need to know if I would ban him a short time for RDM if he doesn't stop, or permanently for cheating. :)

Which is why people should write their own Lua anticheats. Or use mine, Helix's or Yakahughes' if they're feeling lazy.
