I hope I can speak for a large number of players when I say, the Elastic too is a bitch when it comes to precision suspension or just figuring it out. I've been attempting to develop various cars but I can't for the life of me figure out how elastics relate to the weight ratios, etc.
If I set the elastic strength to some godly high number (E.G. 50000), then the suspension works however can't take turns or a simple 'push down' with the Phys gun without the entire contraption spazzing out into oblivion. Damping and Relative damping are still an enigma as well.
Any tips to figure these out?

Need more information. What type of suspension is it? How heavy are your wheels and base prop? What settings have you tried with those weights?
Ah so there is a sort of weight ratio, with the weight tool I've set the wheels to 20 (Including a 20wg panel that the wheel is attached too) and typically left the base at about 60.
