We can't jump while moving

We can't jump while moving! I have Dark RP installed and You can only jump when you press space bar three times when youre not moving :( how do you fix this?

A friend of mine said that happened when he switched the server to 100 tickrate, he got it back to what it was previously and it worked fine

Wait can anyone else tell me how to fix it because with a lower tickrate my server keeps crashing please help!

Try entering Gravity 0 in console and run and jump. If not type gravity 800 in console. And try a different map. If not, try resetting server settings. If that dont work. Try downloading missing content. If fails.....I dont no.

I have the exact same problem, changed the gravity to 0 and i could run and jump, ONCE. Then i floated almost to space.... This doesnt solve my problem, I always run the server with a 100 tickrate, any more ideas?

UPDATE:

I changed the tickrate FROM 100 TO 66 and now it works perfectly. Thanks for the ideas to get me on the right track.
